Hollywood star Gwyneth Paltrow has followed her husband, Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin, into the charts.

The Oscar-winning actress managed to score two top 40 singles following her appearance on US TV show Glee.

The 38-year-old’s medley of Rihanna’s Umbrella and Singing In The Rain entered the singles chart at number 22, while a cover of Cee-Lo Green’s tune Forget You managed to reach number 31.

The latest Glee album, Volume Four, scored fourth place in the album chart.
